Dining sustainability coordinator

During Autumn 2019, I designed posters that were placed in Smith College dining halls to encourage students to participate in accurate data collection at meals. Meal card swipes gave Dining Services data with which to order food, plan menus, and minimize food waste. Encouraging students to participate in the solution was a method of preserving the beloved but sprawling dining system.
